Amanda Beach Villas - Unawatuna

My queen studio was equipped with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control. The location was marvellous and unbeatable and I could use free parking on site. You could walk to boutiques and shops.

I was given a fairly quiet and reasonably large room with a great view and a big window plus the closest. - the breakfast had a variety of options, including coffee, toast, fruit, eggs. - the hotel had a fantastic location on the sea. I had a pleasant stay at Amanda Beach Villas in Unawatuna. the room I got was quiet and spacious with a beautiful view and a large window. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, such as coffee, toast, fruit, eggs, and bacon. the hotel's location right by the sea was fantastic.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, really enjoyed ocean view from our king suite. This property was located in a beachfront area near to unawatuna where there are many great restaurants as well as the beachside restaurants of the city. The staff were all very friendly;))

The hotel had an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location only a short distance to Ship Rock. There were boutiques and stores around the venue. The room was incredible and wonderful, plus the bed was comfy.

The units are fairly quiet with an amazing view. the staff were accommodating. - the location is incredible, very close to a beautiful and quiet beach. - There were an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware upon arrival.

They were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs.

The room was just what we needed, with a spacious bathroom and a large window that let in a lot of natural light. 🌞 Being so close to the Palm Rope Swing was awesome, and you couldn't beat the location right in front of the ocean.

What a gem! This hotel has fantastic value for money, with a location right on the beach. The staff, including the manager, are amazing and go out of their way to ensure the best stay possible, even providing a fantastic breakfast options. The rooms are spacious, with large windows and a great view of the beach. The bathroom is huge and has an amazing view of the sea.

No negatives. Everything was perfect.

The stunning sea view from the room was breathtaking and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. We loved the fact that the breakfast was served with beautiful outdoor seating that overlooked the beach. The room also had direct access to the beach which was pretty amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was within close proximity to some of the best restaurants in the area.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The linens were stained and the room could have been cleaned better.

I had a wonderful stay at a cozy hotel by the beach. The location is unbeatable as it is right on the beach, allowing me to enjoy beautiful views and the sound of the waves from my balcony. the hotel is conveniently situated close to many restaurants, making it easy to grab a delicious meal. The staff were hospitable and friendly, going out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious and it was nice to have a variety of options to choose from.

For me, this hotel was ideal and I didn't experience any negative aspects.

Spent Xmas holidays at a beachfront hotel that offered a beautiful view and quiet ambiance. the breakfast was amazing with a variety of dishes available under the palm trees. enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and a nearby world heritage site.

The building needs some maintenance to take it from good to great. the cleaning of the rooms was not done every day.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean. the spacious room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with facilities such as a fridge and coffee maker. the staff provided a friendly service and breakfast under the palmtrees was great.

The building could use some improvements and the cleaning service wasn't the best.
